Cancellation Policy
At Reactions Hair Design, we understand that life happens and sometimes you may need to adjust your schedule. So we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. This time will help us fill your spot with someone who may be trying to get in.
"No Shows" will require a 25% deposit for any chemical service and full deposit for haircuts prior to booking your next appointment.
Deposits
To ensure a seamless experience and dedicated time with our stylists, a deposit is required for major services including balayage, complex colors, and color corrections. These services require several hours of personalized attention and preparation.
Your deposit secures your appointment and will be applied to your total on the day of your service. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as no-show appointments, will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Appointments cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice will receive a full refund of the deposit.
Late Policy
We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, we may be unable to complete the service as booked. If you think you may be running late, please give us a call so we can check if there is still enough time to accommodate your service before rescheduling.

Redo Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not happy with your service, please contact us directly within 7 days of your original appointment so we can schedule a complimentary redo. Requests made after 7 days will require booking a new service at the regular price.
